Dr (Mrs) Folakemi Olomojobi

HOS, Ekiti State

    Dr. (Mrs.) Folakemi Olomojobi is the second female Head of Service in Ekiti State, appointed by Governor Biodun Oyebanji on June 13, 2024. A seasoned technocrat born on September 20, 1971, from Otun-Ekiti, she previously served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Health, Education, and the Hospital Management Board.

    Key Details and Career Highlights:
    Appointment: Sworn in in July 2024 to lead the state’s civil service.
    Career Background: Joined the Ekiti State Civil Service in May 2001, moving from Assistant Director to Permanent Secretary by 2013.

    Previous Roles: Served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health (2013–2016), Hospital Management Board (2016–2018), Ministry of Health and Human Services (2018–2021), and Ministry of Education (2021–2024).
